As a family business with almost a century of experience in screw manufacturing, we attach great importance to the highest quality. Each of the approximately 15 million screws that we produce every day must also function flawlessly in further processing by our customers from the automotive, electrical and electronics industries as well as the medical sector. Each and every one of them, without exception.
Around 70 employees at our main plant in Lüdenscheid alone do everything in their power every day to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Fast order processing, outstanding service and cooperation based on partnership are the prerequisites for truly intensive customer relations.

Eight tons of raw material and 15 million screws daily. More than 100 highly functional machines in a production and storage area of around 4,000 m². 365 days a year with 100% delivery reliability. And all with the goal of “zero defect quality”. Convinced?
We don’t just talk about quality. We live it – and pass on our requirements for a good product to our suppliers. Certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 confirm our environmental and quality policy. As does the error rate of less than 50 ppm.
Our departments
Production is responsible for monitoring, controlling and continuous optimisation of the manufacturing processes. Under the direction of Mr. Klute the aim is to Ensuring that production is cost-, time- and quality-compliant. The maintenance of facilities and equipment is just as much a part of the tasks as the planning and Procurement of new production machinery and equipment. Attention is paid to the quality management guidelines are observed. The production personnel is supported by Training, instruction and correct management perfectly coordinated and adjusted on the manufacturing processes.
